ZBA Training provided by Attorney Kari Olson from Murtha Cullina LLP. Attorney Olson presented a powerpoint providing a general overview of the responsibilities of and the regulations governing Zoning Boards of Appeal (see attachment dated May 31, 2013).
Town Planner, Michele Lipe, provided a Training Materials packet for each Commissioner’s reference (see attachment dated May 30, 2013).
